I worked with filo coffee house to capture their tone of voice, put a content strategy in place and create copy that really communicates their value. filo also has a social enterprise attached to the business that works with people who faced barriers to employment so it was important that the language explained the root causes, was non-judgemental and challenged preconceptions.
